How it works
- Email us at hello@playcuriously.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. No forms — just tell us your order number and what didn't work out.
- We'll reply with simple return instructions, usually within one business day.
- Once the toy is on its way back to us, we'll process your refund in full to your original payment method.
The details
- Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
- Return postage is at your cost, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty — in that case we'll cover it and send a replacement or full refund, your choice. A quick photo helps us sort it fast.
- Refunds are processed as soon as the return is lodged with tracking — we don't make you wait for it to arrive back.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
